2. SERVICES

JuX ITT provides:

• ARCADE: Browser-based games (MONOPOLY, SNAKE, JuXYams, HOLDEM, DUNE TAROT). Free to play. Optional paid tiers unlock cosmetic features.
• SSS — Soft Sex Story: Digital literary content. Paid access via Stripe.
• DUNE TAROT: Digital tarot deck and reader. Tiered pricing.
• Ali Baba's Cavern: Iraqi-Kurdish grocery products. Physical goods shipped from France.
• AOS — Adequate Operating System: Open-source software under MIT License.

3. PRICING

All prices are in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes. Prices are consistent across all products and platforms unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

• Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment.
• Refunds for digital products: within 14 days if the product has not been accessed.
• Game progress is stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for data lost through browser clearing.

5. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (CAVERN)

• Shipping within France. International shipping available on request.
• Delivery times: 3–7 business days within France.
• Returns: within 14 days of receipt for unopened food products.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• AOS: Licensed under MIT. Free to use, modify, and distribute.
